Hryvnia quotes against the euro settled at UAH 30.43/30.73, while those against the Russian ruble settled at UAH 0.4190/0.4197.
The National Bank of Ukraine on Tuesday evening strengthened the official hryvnia exchange rate set for May 23 by one kopiyka, bringing the national currency to UAH 26.07 to the dollar.
The Central Bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies for May 23:
US$100 cost UAH 2,607.1164 (UAH 2,608.3615 as of May 22);
EUR 100 cost UAH 3,074.8331 (UAH 3,067.1723 as of May 22);
10 RUB cost UAH 4.2558 (UAH 4.1712 as of May 22).

As UNIAN reported earlier, on Tuesday, May 22, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank forex market by the middle of trade settled at UAH 26.06/26.09 to the dollar.
Hryvnia quotes against the euro settled at UAH 30.43/30.73, while those against the Russian ruble settled at UAH 0.4190/0.4197.
According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the weighted average exchange rate of the hryvnia as of 17:00 was UAH 26.0718 to the dollar, with 548 deals concluded by this time worth a total of $383.76 million.
