Ukraine's balance of payments showed a surplus of US$18 million in January-April 2018, which was almost 95.2% down against that of $286 million year-over-year (y-o-y).

The financial account saw a net inflow of capital falling to $119 million in April 2018, the NBU said.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the surplus of Ukraine's balance of payments in 2017 stood at $2.566 billion, which was twice the surplus posted in 2016. The balance showed a surplus for the third year in a row.
