The Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine has signed a memorandum of cooperation with Hyperloop Transportation Technologies (HTT) in the implementation of Hyperloop technology in Ukraine.

The document was signed by Ukrainian Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelyan and CEO at JumpStarter Inc, CEO Hyperloop Transportation Technologies Dirk Ahlborn, an UNIAN correspondent reports.

"A memorandum has been signed with the company which is the largest developer of Hyperloop technology. One of the outcomes of this visit is the intention to work together to develop this technology. According to the memorandum, we will jointly develop the technology, We also agreed on a joint search for investors for the project which must be commercially successful. UNIAN memo. Hyperloop is a proposed mode of passenger and/or freight transportation, first used to describe an open-source vactrain design released by a joint team from Tesla and SpaceX. Hyperloop comprises a sealed tube or system of tubes through which a pod may travel free of air resistance or friction conveying people or objects at high speed while being very efficient.
