Poroshenko adds to asset declaration over $38,023 in interest gained from bank deposits

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has supplemented his asset declaration with a statement on over UAH 1 million, or US$38,023, in interest income from a deposit in the International Investment Bank.

In particular, on July 2, Poroshenko declared four sums totaling UAH 1.068 million ($40,608) in income from bank deposits: twice at UAH 105,310, UAH 298,378, and UAH 559,459, according to the report on significant amendments to the president's electronic declaration of assets.

As UNIAN reported earlier, Poroshenko declared UAH 16.3 million ($619,772) in income for 2017, including UAH 15.8 million ($600,760) in interest on deposits.
