PrivatBank's press service said that the failure was caused by an "accident of the main communications channels."
JSC CB PrivatBank's ATMs resumed work late on Monday within an hour after a temporary shutdown.
The operation of PrivatBank's acquiring services and the ATM network was stable as of 21:47 on Monday, July 9, the bank's press service said.
"All transactions with plastic cards are handled in regular mode, customers' payments are effected on schedule," the press service said.

A temporary shutdown of the ATMs and POS terminals of one of Ukraine's largest banks, PrivatBank, was reported late on July 9. Self-service terminals, the Privat24 online system and Liqpay did not also work.
PrivatBank's press service said that the failure was caused by an "accident of the main communications channels."
The bank's specialists were working in emergency mode to connect the reserve communications channels to ensure the stable operation of the acquiring services and ATMs.
