State-owned Oschadbank and Privatbank shut down the largest number of branches.
Ukrainian banks in the first half of 2018 reduced the number of operating structural divisions by 361, to 9,128 as of July 1, 2018, according to the National Bank of Ukraine.
According to the data published on the regulator's website, the largest number of branches during the period under review was shut down by state-owned banks, Oschadbank (225) and Privatbank (135).
As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukrainian banks in 2017 reduced the number of operating branches by 827, down to 9,489 as of January 1, 2018.
