Ukrainian experts project wheat output in Ukraine in 2018 at 25 million tonnes.
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has lowered its forecast for wheat production in Ukraine in the 2018/2019 marketing year (MY, July 2018 - June 2019) by 1 million tonnes compared to the June forecast, to 25.5 million tonnes.

"Ukraine's wheat production for 2018/19 is estimated by USDA at 25.5 million metric tons (mmt), down 1.0 mmt from last month and down 1.5 mmt from last year," reads the USDA report.
As UNIAN reported earlier, experts of the Ukrainian Grain Association (UGA) forecasted the production of wheat in Ukraine in 2018 at 25 million tonnes.
