Imports of passenger cars into Ukraine January through June 2018 were estimated at US$985.3 million.
Cars from Japan were most popular, imports from that country totaled US$171.5 million, the press service of Ukraine's State Fiscal Service (SFS) has said.

Germany ranked second with car imports worth US$163.4 million.
The United States was third with US$138.6 million.
Meanwhile, Ukraine exported passenger cars worth US$3.9 million in the first six months of 2018, the SFS said. Canada, the United States and Turkey were major buyers.
As UNIAN reported earlier, sales of new passenger cars in Ukraine in 2017 grew by 25%, to 82,300 vehicles.
