The net international reserves of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) shrank by 2.9% in July, to US$6.832 billion.

As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukraine's international reserves as of August 1, 2018, were US$17.749 billion, which was 5.6% down on the indicator as of the beginning of the year.

Building up net international reserves is one of Ukraine's commitments under a program of cooperation with the International Monetary Fund.
