On Wednesday, August 15, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank currency market by the close of trade settled at UAH 27.49/27.52 to the dollar.
The National Bank of Ukraine on Wednesday evening strengthened the official hryvnia exchange rate by one kopiyka, bringing the national currency to UAH 27.44 to the dollar.

The Central Bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies for August 16:
US$100 costs UAH 2,744.9860 (UAH 2,745.8922 as of August 15);
EUR 100 costs UAH 3,107.5987 (UAH 3,131.9646 as of August 15);
On Wednesday, August 15, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank currency market by the close of trade settled at UAH 27.49/27.52 to the dollar.
Hryvnia quotes against the euro settled at UAH 31.07/31.11, while those against the Russian ruble settled at UAH 0.40/0.41.
According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the weighted average exchange rate of the hryvnia as of 12:00 was UAH 27.4472 to the dollar.
