Hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank currency market as of 11:00 Kyiv time settled at UAH 27.91/27.94 to the dollar.
The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) today, August 17, is holding an auction for the sale of foreign currency worth up to $50 million.
Tender applications were accepted until 11:30. The auction outcomes will be published on the regulator's website.

Hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank currency market as of 11:00 Kyiv time settled at UAH 27.91/27.94 to the dollar, the commercial banks' dealers said, according to the NBU website.
As UNIAN reported earlier, on Thursday, August 16, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank forex market by the close of trade settled at UAH 27.75/27.78 to the dollar.
Hryvnia quotes against the euro settled at UAH 31.64/31.67, while those against the Russian ruble settled at UAH 0.41/0.42.
