"Our economy must be strong and able to independently service our debts and reduce them," the prime minister said.
Ukraine must in the next decade get rid of dependence before its external and internal creditors, Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman told a government meeting on Wednesday.
"We must do everything to curb financial dependence in the near future, in the next decade. Our economy must be strong and able to independently service our debts and reduce them," he said.

The prime minister added that whatever is then left in the Ukrainian budget should be fairly distributed between those who are in need, as well as for Ukraine's modernization.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukraine's state and government-guaranteed debt in dollar terms in June 2018 grew by 0.04%, or US$0.03 billion, to US$76.29 billion as of June 30.
