Ukraine from January to July 2018 imported wines and grape musts worth $68 million.
The main supplier of wine to Ukraine was Italy with $18.8 million worth of alcohol imports. The runner-up was France with a $10.9 million import volume.
Georgia completes the TOP3, having delivered wine worth $9.9 million over the seven months of 2018, according to the State Fiscal Service, UBR reports.
All calculations were made on the basis of official contracts, however all contraband goods that crosses the Ukrainian border were not included in the statistics.

At the same time, Ukraine has exported own wines for the total amount of $27.9 million since year-start.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukraine was Europe's sixth largest supplier of beer in 2017, having supplied 11 million liters of beer, accounting for 3% of all beer shipments to the European Union.
