The envoy spoke about future projects the American companies could join.
Ambassador of Ukraine to the United States, Valery Chalyy, declares that U.S. companies show interest in gas production in Ukraine.
Speaking in Kyiv at the meeting of the MFA Ukraine press club, the diplomat said that cooperation was actively developing with the U.S.-based Westinghouse for the supply of nuclear fuel, and with Holtec - for the construction of a spent nuclear fuel storage facility and a relatively promising project for the construction of small nuclear reactors.

"This is our cooperation on the energy line. Continuing traditional things, it's about energy sources supply, but we will also have serious discussions about projects of the future, including gas production in Ukraine and other projects, in which U.S. companies show interest," Chaly said.
