On Tuesday, August 28, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank currency market by the close of trade settled at UAH 27.99/28.03 to the dollar.
The National Bank of Ukraine on Tuesday evening lowered the official hryvnia exchange rate by 17 kopiykas, bringing the national currency to UAH 28.05 to the dollar.

The Central Bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies for August 29:
US$100 costs UAH 2,805.1217 (UAH 2,788.5240 as of August 28);
EUR 100 costs UAH 3,284.7975 (UAH 3,243.8900 as of August 28);
On Tuesday, August 28, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank currency market by the close of trade settled at UAH 27.99/28.03 to the dollar.
Hryvnia quotes against the euro settled at UAH 32.84/32.88, while those against the Russian ruble settled at UAH 0.41/0.42.
According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the weighted average exchange rate of the hryvnia as of 12:00 was UAH 28.0634 to the dollar.
