Ukrainian farmers exported over 5 million tonnes of grain from July 1, 2018, when a new marketing year began (July 2018 through June 2019), to August 29, 2018.
In particular, they exported 2.6 million tonnes of wheat and 1.3 million tonnes of barley, the Ukrainian Agrarian Policy and Food Ministry's press service said.
