At the same time, the official noted that the work that the Fund is supposed to engage in is already being done.

"Together with IFC and the World Bank, we have developed a methodology for homeowners' associations. We'll present it next week. Also, we are working on the Fund's products, which the homeowners' associations could use. That is, when the head of the Fund is appointed, there will already be all the mechanisms supported by the supervisory board," the minister said.

Zubko urged the interested parties not to wait for the Fund to start its work, stressing it is now time to carry out certification of households.

"These activities can be compensated for through applications to the Fund," he said.
