Ukraine in January-August 2018 imported fuel worth US$3.231 billion, which was 31% up year-over-year.
Fuel imports from Belarus were estimated at US$1.31 billion (40.47% of all fuel imports), shipments from Russia totaled US$1.19 billion (36.71%), from Lithuania US$310.1 million (9.6%), the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine has said.

Fuel purchases from other countries for the reporting period amounted to US$427.1 million.
As UNIAN reported, Ukraine in 2017 increased foreign currency spending on imports of petroleum products by 27.3%, to US$4.2 billion. Last year, fuel imports from Belarus amounted to US$1.828 billion (43.9%), from Russia to US$1.272 billion (30.6%), from Lithuania to US$469.4 million (11.3%).
