According to the press service of Ukroboronprom, the document was signed during the Arms and Security Expo in Kyiv Thursday.
State-owned enterprise Promoboronexport, which is part of the state defense giant Ukroboronprom, signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Moldova, which provides for the overhaul and modernization of armored and aviation equipment.

"An agreement was also reached on the possibility of supplying Ukrainian military equipment to the Armed Forces of the Republic of Moldova. The parties noted the prospects for cooperation in a number of areas of military-technical cooperation," the report said.
As UNIAN reported earlier, during the Arms and Security Expo, SE Spetstechnoexport signed with the Turkish company Aselsan a memorandum on the organization of joint production of radio communication devices in Ukraine, and the state concern Ukroboronprom - with the Czech company EXCALIBUR about uniting efforts for the development, production and promotion of innovative products in the field of armored vehicles.
