Sweden's H&M signs lease agreements with Kyiv-based Ocean Mall

Ocean Mall has signed contracts with H&M, Zara, IKEA, Reserved, and Mango.

Swedish-based H&M, one of Europe's largest retail clothing chains, has signed an agreement for the lease of retail space with Kyiv-based Ocean Mall, which will open near the Lybidska subway station in late summer of 2019.

Vagif Aliyev, the founder of the Mandarin Plaza Group, announced this at a Kyiv press conference on October 10.

"Ocean Mall has all contracts signed. With H&M, Zara, IKEA, as well as with Reserved and Mango," he said.

As UNIAN reported earlier, the Swedish company H&M opened its first store in Ukraine on August 18. The company will open its second store in Kyiv-based Sky Mall on October 18.
