The price of natural gas for households is a subject of negotiations between Ukraine and the International Monetary Fund.
Ukraine's gas giant NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine has published quotations of natural gas to be supplied to households under the public service obligations (PSO) from November 1, 2018 to April 30, 2019.
The price of gas for all groups of consumers under the PSO will be UAH 7,483, or US$266, per 1,000 cubic meters of gas, including VAT, Naftogaz said on its website.
This price does not include the cost of gas delivery, its distribution and VAT on these operations.

The final price of gas for households will be UAH 8,549, or US$304, that for heat supplying enterprises will be UAH 8,362, or US$297.5.
As UNIAN reported, Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers from November 1 raised the price of gas for the population by 23.5%, to UAH 8,550, or US$304, per 1,000 cubic meters.
The respective Cabinet resolution was published on the Ukrainian government's portal on October 27.
The price of gas for the population before the increase was UAH 4,942 (about US$175) per 1,000 cubic meters without VAT and transportation costs. It was UAH 6,958 (about US$247) if all taxes and costs are included.
