Zubko expects that revenue of the local budgets will increase to UAH 230 billion ($8.2 billion) in 2018.
Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, Minister of Regional Development, Construction, and Housing Hennadiy Zubko says local budgets' revenue in Ukraine in 2019 may grow up to UAH 290 billion (US$10.4 billion).
"We think that we will finish 2018 with UAH 230 billion [$8.2 billion in revenue]. We also expect to receive UAH 290 [billion] in 2019. There really have never been such funds. But we need to demonstrate our managerial skills so that people could feel them at the local level," he said at a meeting of the Regional Development Council on November 12.
