Since year-start, the level of net international reserves has declined.
Net international reserves of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) in October 2018 grew by 3.1%, to US$6.499 billion.
The net international reserves have decreased by 2.6% since the beginning of the year, according to the NBU website.

UNIAN memo. Ukraine's total international reserves shrank by 11%, or $2.071 billion, in January-October 2018, to $16.737 billion as of November 1, 2018.
Building up net international reserves is one of Ukraine's obligations under the cooperation program with the International Monetary Fund.
