On Monday, November 19, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank forex market by the close of trade settled at UAH 27.73/27.76 to the dollar.
The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) on Monday evening lowered the official hryvnia exchange rate by one kopiyka, bringing the national currency to UAH 27.76 to the dollar.

The Central Bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies for November 20:
US$100 costs UAH 2,776.4829 (UAH 2,775.4970 as of November 19);
EUR 100 costs UAH 3,172.6870 (UAH 3,149.0789 as of November 19);
On Monday, November 19, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank forex market by the close of trade settled at UAH 27.73/27.76 to the dollar.
Hryvnia quotes against the euro settled at UAH 31.70/31.72, while those against the Russian ruble settled at UAH 0.41/0.42.
According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the reference value of the hryvnia exchange rate as of 12:00 was UAH 27.7705 to the dollar.
