On Wednesday, November 21, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank forex market by the close of trade settled at UAH 27.74/27.76 to the dollar.
The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) on Wednesday evening lowered the official hryvnia exchange rate by one kopiyka, bringing the national currency to UAH 27.77 to the dollar.

The Central Bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies for November 22:
US$100 costs UAH 2,777.4898 (UAH 2,776.3875 as of November 21);
EUR 100 costs UAH 3,168.8381 (UAH 3,170.9122 as of November 21);
On Wednesday, November 21, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank forex market by the close of trade settled at UAH 27.74/27.76 to the dollar.
Hryvnia quotes against the euro settled at UAH 31.60/31.62, while those against the Russian ruble settled at UAH 0.41/0.42.
According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the reference value of the hryvnia exchange rate as of 12:00 was UAH 27.7776 to the dollar.
