The IMF has already cooperated with a number of countries where the military conflicts unfolded.
Ukraine will be able to continue cooperation with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) if the martial law is introduced, since the Fund has no formal prohibitions for cooperation with countries where such regime is introduced.
"The Fund has no formal legal prohibitions that prevent continued cooperation in such conditions," a source in the government told UNIAN, referring to the IMF's official documents.

According to him, the IMF has already cooperated with a number of countries where military conflicts were unfolding.
The IMF Resident Representative Office in Ukraine has not yet provided official comments at UNIAN's inquiry.
