At the same time, budget revenues over the period under review rose by 16% year-on-year.
Ukraine's national budget in January-November 2018 saw UAH 843.167 billion ($29.9 billion) in revenues, which is 1.9% below the target for the period under review.
The revenues of the national budget year-on-year rose by UAH 118.662 billion ($4.2 billion), or 16.4%.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the 2018 National Budget lays down revenues at UAH 917.9 billion and expenditures at UAH 991.7 billion, with the deficit ceiling set at UAH 80.6 billion, or 2.4% of GDP.
