The registration of LNG equipment and issuance of a temporary registration coupon when transferring the right to use a car shall not require a mandatory technical expert inspection.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has amended the resolution on state registration (re-registration) of vehicles to simplify the relevant procedures.
According to the document, the registration of LNG equipment and the issuance of a temporary registration coupon when transferring the right to use a car shall not require a mandatory technical expert inspection, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine said on December 17.

In addition, the inspection is not required when registering new vehicles, declaring a vehicle faulty, and re-registering a vehicle due to changes in drivers' personal data, like place of owner's residence.
As UNIAN reported, in 2017, the Ministry of Internal Affairs detected 1,201 unique car numbers with falsified VIN-codes.
