All creditors' claims will be repaid, and there will be no assets on the banks' balance sheets.
Ukraine's Deposit Guarantee Fund (DGF) in 2019 plans to complete the liquidation of 40 banks transferred to its management during the 2014-2016 crises.

"This means that all creditors' claims will be repaid, and there will be no assets on the banks' balance sheets. That is, we'll sell everything [all assets]," DGF Deputy Managing Director Svitlana Rekrut said at a press conference on December 18.
At the same time, some creditors, including the Fund, will not be able to fully meet their requirements for these banks next year due to the lack of assets and the length of recovering losses from persons associated with the financial institutions.
