In addition, the National Bank in 2019 plans to begin diagnostics of the banks' financial monitoring systems in order to prevent their use for illegal financial transactions, she said at a meeting with the heads of the country's major banks on December 18, according to the NBU's website.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the National Bank projected Ukraine's banking system in 2018 might post a record high profit in more than a decade.
