Ukraine's state and government-guaranteed debt in November 2018 grew by 0.6%, or US$0.44 billion, to US$74.76 billion.
The amount of the debt in the hryvnia equivalent increased by 1.4%, or UAH 29.4 billion, to UAH 2.122 trillion, the Ukrainian Finance Ministry said.

Since the beginning of the year, the country's state debt in the U.S. dollar equivalent has decreased by 2%, the sum in the hryvnia equivalent has shrank by 0.9%.
UNIAN memo. The country's state and government-guaranteed debt in 2017 increased by 7.5%, to US$76.3 billion in the dollar equivalent and by 11%, to UAH 2.1 trillion in the hryvnia equivalent.
On August 22, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a three-year government debt management strategy, suggesting its reduction by the end of 2020 to a level not higher than 49% of GDP and optimization of the debt structure.
