The number of Ukrainians traveling to Russia by rail is "inexorably decreasing."
Railway communication between Ukraine and Russia will cease, either by Cabinet decision, or as Ukrainians gradually stop traveling to the neighboring aggressor state, according to Infrastructure Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Omelyan.
"It will be terminated one way or another - either by a decision of the government, or due to fact that no one will go there," Omelyan told ZIK TV channel, Glavred reports.

According to the minister, the number of trips Ukrainians take to Russia by rail has been "inexorably decreasing."
As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukrzaliznytsia signed a framework agreement with General Electric on the supply of up to 225 locomotives worth US$1 billion to Ukraine. Under the contract, the local content share is set up to 40%.
