The average price of imported natural gas paid by Ukraine in December 2018 was US$329, per 1,000 cubic meters, which was 3% down from November 2018.
"The State Fiscal Service of Ukraine has calculated the average customs value of imported natural gas that was formed during customs clearance from December 1 to 31, 2018. It was UAH 9,062.3, or $329.04, per 1,000 cubic meters," Ukraine's Economic Development and Trade Ministry said on its website with reference to the fiscal service.
As UNIAN reported earlier, in September 2018, the average price of imported gas exceeded $300 per 1,000 cubic meters.
