On Friday, February 1, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank currency market by the close of trade settled at UAH 27.49/27.52 to the dollar.
The National Bank of Ukraine on Friday evening strengthened the official hryvnia exchange rate by 17 kopiykas, bringing the national currency to UAH 27.57 to the dollar.

The Central Bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies for February 4:
US$100 costs UAH 2,757.0704 (UAH 2,774.0960 as of February 1);
EUR 100 costs UAH 3,162.6355 (UAH 3,186.8815 as of February 1);
