NBU replenishes reserves by $154 mln in January 2019

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) bought $153.58 million more than it sold on the interbank foreign exchange market from January 2 to February 1, 2019.

The regulator did not sell the currency from January 14 to February 1, as reported on the NBU's website.

According to the cited data, for the period under review, the NBU bought $207.90 million in the interbank market, while selling $54.33 million.

As UNIAN reported, the National Bank in 2018 replenished its international reserves in the interbank foreign exchange market by $1.372 billion.
