Borrowings in the foreign market under the remaining guarantee could be carried out shortly, the official said.
Ukraine's Finance Minister Oksana Markarova says the ministry and the World Bank are discussing a new financial guarantee in addition to that approved last December.
"We've started the discussion," Markarova told journalists on February 12, without specifying the parameters of the guarantee.

According to the minister, borrowings in the foreign market under the remaining guarantee could be carried out soon.
"We are now at the final stage of the process. I think we will confirm this shortly," the minister added.
