Wizz Air launches seven additional flights at Lviv airport

Hungarian airlines Wizz Air, the largest discount carrier in Central and Eastern Europe, will significantly change the frequency on four routes in summer.

"The carrier will launch 30 flights on 10 routes from Lviv Danylo Halytskyi International Airport per week," the airport's press service wrote on Facebook.

The carrier will fly to Bratislava three times a week instead of two, four times to Gdansk and Berlin - also against an earlier two flights per week, and five times to Wroclaw instead ot three flights performed previously.

UNIAN memo. Lviv International Airport is the largest airport in western Ukraine in terms of passenger traffic and routes. In 2011, the airport was renovated. As part of its renovation, a new terminal with a total area of 48,000 square meters was built. Its runway was repaired.
