On Thursday, February 28, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank currency market by the close of trade settled at UAH 26.87/26.90 to the dollar.
The National Bank of Ukraine on Thursday evening strengthened the official hryvnia exchange rate by 14 kopiykas, bringing the national currency to UAH 26.85 to the dollar.

The Central Bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies for March 1:
US$100 costs UAH 2,685.9165 (UAH 2,699.2764 as of February 28);
EUR 100 costs UAH 3,066.2423 (UAH 3,073.3961 as of February 28);

Hryvnia quotes against the euro settled at UAH 30.58/30.60.
