The balance in the single account as of April 1, 2019, has also almost doubled year-over-year.
The balance of funds in the single account of Ukraine's State Treasury Service was estimated at UAH 14.863 billion (US$545 million) as of April 1, 2019, which was twice the figure recorded as of March 1, 2018.
At the same time, the balance on the single account as of April 1, 2019, was also almost twice up year-over-year and 1.5 times higher from the level reported on January 1, 2019, the State Treasury Service said on its website.

As UNIAN reported earlier, the balance of funds on the Treasury's single account was estimated at UAH 8.196 billion ($300.8 million) as of March 1, 2019, which was 31.3% down from the figure as of February 1, 2019.
The balance of funds on the single treasury account is not a constant value. It is subject to increases due to revenues from taxes and other mandatory payments to the state and local budgets and it decreases amid budget spending peaks.
