Italy's Ernest Airlines launches Odesa-Rome flights from April 19

Italian-based Ernest Airlines, a low-cost air carrier, on April 19 will launch its first flight from the Ukrainian city of Odesa to Italy's Rome.

The Odesa-Rome flights will be carried out twice a week, on Fridays and Sundays, according to Odesa International Airport's press service.

Departure from Odesa will take place at 00:40 on Friday and at 21:40 on Sunday, the report said.

Flight tickets cost from EUR 23, according to the booking system on the airline's website.

As UNIAN reported earlier, on March 12, Italy's Ernest Airlines launched regular flights from the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv to Rome and Milan (Italy).

UNIAN memo. Ernest Airlines was founded in 2015 by a group of Swiss and Italian investors. The airline received its European Air Operator's Certificate on April 11, 2017.

Ernest Airlines allows passengers to buy up to three pieces of luggage, that is 15 kg, 20 kg or 25 kg each, for EUR 8 per piece.

As of today, the airline operates flights from the Ukrainian cities of Kyiv, Kharkiv and Lviv to Italy.
