The financial institution in the past year received UAH 12.798 billion ($483 million) in net profit.
PrivatBank, Ukraine's largest bank, will transfer UAH 11.52 billion (US$434.9 million), or 90% of net profit for 2018, to pay dividends to the bank's shareholder, the state represented by Ukraine's Finance Ministry.
That is according to PrivatBank's press service, referring to the bank's annual accounts for 2018 approved by its supervisory board and shareholder.

As of year-start, the bank's net assets were estimated at UAH 278 billion ($10.5 billion), liabilities – at UAH 246.5 billion ($9.3 billion), and capital – at UAH 31.5 billion ($1.2 billion).
