Since the year's start, the reserves have expanded by almost US$925 million.
The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) in April 2019 bought US$299.9 million on the interbank forex market to replenish the country's international reserves.
Over the period under review, the regulator bought US$321.5 million and sold US$21.6 million, according to the NBU's website.

Since the beginning of the year, the central bank has replenished the reserves by US$924.68 million, it said.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the NBU in the first quarter 2019 bought US$624.8 million on the interbank forex market to replenish the country's international reserves.
Ukraine's total international reserves as of April 2019 stood at US$20.633 billion, which was 0.9% down from the figure as of January 1, 2019.
