As UNIAN reported earlier, on January 2, the State Property Fund (SPF) of Ukraine approved a list of facilities of the small-scale privatization that are to be sold in 2019.

It includes both new facilities and those that were not sold last year. In total, the list includes 792 objects, including 48 blocks of shares, 92 single property complexes, 190 facilities under construction, 402 separate properties, and 59 social and cultural facilities.

Assets of the small-scale privatization are real estate, small businesses whose nominal value does not exceed UAH 250 million (US$9 million).

Revenue from the small-scale privatization campaign in January-March 2019 was estimated at UAH 184 million (US$6.9 million).
