Ukrainian central bank's net international reserves shrink to over US$9.9 bln in April

Since year-start, net international reserves have grown.

The net international reserves of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) in April 2019 shrank by 0.5%, to US$9.943 billion.

The net international reserves have grown by 3.1% since the beginning of the year, according to the NBU website.

UNIAN memo. Ukraine's total international reserves stood at $20.633 billion as of April 1, 2019, which was 0.9% down against the figure recorded at the beginning of the year.

Net international reserves mean the difference between gross reserves and the outstanding balance of the NBU and the Finance Ministry on loans to the International Monetary Fund.
