Ukraine's SkyUp Airlines whose license has been suspended by Kyiv region's Baryshevsky District Court, says it works in usual mode.
As it said on Facebook on Wednesday, June 12, flights are performed on schedule.
To confirm this, the airline attached photos from passengers' registration for Wednesday's flight PQ 0101 to Odesa.

"In connection with reports on the suspension of SkyUp Airlines' license under a Baryshevsky District Court ruling we informs: this ruling has already been appealed by the airline in Kyiv's Court of Appeals and should be revised soon as it does not have any legal basis," the company said.
It also said on its website that the court had made its decision on the basis of a claim filed by a person who has never bought SkyUp Airlines tickets and therefore has never been its client.
As was earlier reported, the court's decision was made based on the lawsuit lodged by Oksana Pasenko, who referred to the airline's systemic failure to fulfill its obligations to customers, as well as flight delays and lack of control over the implementation of aviation safety standards, according to the court's ruling of May 24, 2019.
The airline also said: "In addition, the court of this instance had no right to make a decision regarding the suspension of a license to carry out economic activities for passenger transportation by air, as the regulators in the air transportation sector are Ukraine's Infrastructure Ministry and the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine."
"Based on the above, this decision does not affect the company's business, but is only a result of unfair competition," it said.
As UNIAN reported earlier, a malfunction of one of SkyUp Airlines' aircraft led to delays of eight flights, which were to be performed on May 14.
A few days ago, as a result of a malfunction of an aircraft, which was carrying out its first commercial flight with SkyUp (the PQ 7119 flight from Kyiv to Sharm el-Sheikh), it had to return to the airport of departure. This caused in a number of delays of other flights.
