Ukrainian central bank's net intl reserves shrink to over US$9.2 bln in May

Since the beginning of the year, the net international reserves have decreased by 4.6%.

Net international reserves of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) in May 2019 shrank by 7.1%, to US$9.202 billion.

The net international reserves have decreased by 4.6% since the beginning of the year, according to the NBU website.

UNIAN memo. Ukraine's total international reserves stood at US$19.4 billion as of May 1, 2019, which was 6.8% down against the figure recorded at the beginning of the year.

Net international reserves mean the difference between gross reserves and the outstanding balance of the NBU and the Finance Ministry on loans to the International Monetary Fund.
