The average price of imported natural gas Ukraine paid in May 2019 was US$215.19 per 1,000 cubic meters, which was 7.9% down from the figure reported in April 2019.

"The State Fiscal Service of Ukraine has calculated the average customs value of imported natural gas that was formed during customs clearance from May 1 to 31, 2019. It was UAH 5,681.54, or $215.19, per 1,000 cubic meters," Ukraine's Economic Development and Trade Ministry said on its website with reference to the fiscal service.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the average price of imported natural gas paid by Ukraine in April 2019 was $233.5, per 1,000 cubic meters.
