From March 14-21, gas reserves in Ukrainian underground gas storage facilities (UGSF) decreased by 1.3% or by 105 million cubic meters, to 7.758 billion cubic meters, the company says.

As reported earlier, daily natural gas extraction from domestic storages has almost halved owing to favorable weather conditions.

Ukraine has 12 underground gas storage facilities with total active capacity of about 31 billion cubic meters. Underground gas storage facilities are an integral part of Ukraine’s gas supply and gas transmission systems that pass through the country’s territory.
