Ukraine's Information Resistance OSINT Group says Starobeshivska thermal power plant (TPP) located in the occupied area of Donetsk region, eastern Ukraine, faces serious problems with the provision of electricity, being on the verge of a strike over significant wage arrears.
The TPP is one of the main producers of electricity in the occupied territories.
