The document was registered in Parliament on June 26 as a top priority one, but its text has not been published yet, according to the parliament's website.

As UNIAN reported earlier, on June 19, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's envoy to the Cabinet of Ministers Andriy Gerus said that Zelensky was submitting to the Verkhovna Rada a bill repealing the Rotterdam Plus formula.

According to the envoy, the component calculated as costs of coal delivery from Rotterdam to Ukraine will be removed from the formula, and a discount on poor-quality coal will be introduced. So, the worse the quality of coal is, the less amount of its costs is included in the tariff. Such a discount may be in the range of 1%-10%.

Gerus says the bill proposes that the launch of a new electricity market in Ukraine be postponed from July 1, 2019 to July 1, 2020.
